Spring Is Here!
Head outside and hunt for the signs of spring!
In this activity children will draw signs of spring spotted while outdoors. This experience can be used as a home / school connection activity. It also lends itself to an opportunity to be outdoors while still meeting your classroom curriculum goals. Children will carefully observe and document the changes occurring around the school grounds as winter fades and spring begins. This experience will allow children to connect with the outdoors through observation while building their ability to draw to represent ideas and writing skills.
